So this is Christmas, and what have you done?
Well, quite a lot as it happens!
Although 2020 has been a write off and continues to present new challenges, the History of Consett Steelworks has been overwhelmed with the support and interest in our group since Richard Judd set it up at the beginning of the year. We have been so grateful for the community input into the group: without your interest and engagement we would not be able to share with you the fantastic stories and images that you all seem to enjoy so much.
So at the end of a tough year, the committee would like to say a big and heartfelt thank you to all our followers and friends.
